With more than 25 years of experience in healthcare strategy, advertising and marketing, veteran and HCB partner takes on new role to adapt to agency growth.

AUSTIN, Texas – April 2, 2019 – HCB Health, a leading independent U.S. healthcare advertising agency, announces HCB Partner Nancy Beesley’s appointment as president, expanding her responsibilities and influence on the agency’s strategic and executive decisions. She previously held the position of chief marketing officer.

With more than 25 years in healthcare and consumer advertising, Nancy has been involved in over 70 product launches and was selected as one of PharmaVOICE’s Top 100 Most Inspiring People in Healthcare in 2012. In 2013, she began coaching C-level executives at other life sciences companies and continues working with leaders in the healthcare industry on strategy and interpersonal skills. Recently, Nancy has brought her knowledge and passion for coaching and listening to the staff at HCB Health, through heightened training initiatives and the rollout of new HCB Core Values, 12 Fundamentals of Listening and new agency processes. The additions have contributed to the elevated level of service received by HCB’s clients which remains her top priority.

 

With over 17 years at HCB Health alone, Nancy has seen the agency shift as the healthcare industry advances. “I am excited that we are working on the very front edge of medicine in genetics and rare disease with our pharma clients,” Nancy stated, “and working on MedTech and devices has given us a unique set of skills around speed to market and managing resources. With Health & Wellness, we are helping patients and providers receive and give care — not just products. This changes the dynamic and the conversation in a more meaningful way. Before becoming a partner with HCB Health in 2002, Nancy was a founding partner for The Olson Group, a full-service advertising agency that worked with clients such as Dell, IBM and ProTrader. Nancy is the mother of three college-aged children and two Pomeranians. In addition to taking on the title of president, Nancy will soon take on another new title, Mrs., as she prepares for her upcoming June wedding.
