Kerry founded the company in 2001 and has helped transform the agency into one of the leading medical marketing firms in the country. After years of driving the creative product, Kerry now serves as HCB Health’s CEO, using his passion for creative thinking to drive the company’s growth. During the past 19 years, Kerry has recruited top-tier talent to lead HCB’s pharmaceutical business, encouraging leaders to think and act with boldness. Additionally, his direction to invest in technology has made digital a cohesive thread that weaves through every client brand.

Kerry has been recognized by PharmaVoice Magazine as one of its top 100 inspiring individuals. With a war chest of creative awards, he is particularly proud of the agency’s 3-time nomination as Agency of the Year by MedAdNews.

President

A founding partner of HCB, Nancy has led the agency in strategy and service for the past 19 years. A native New Yorker who migrated to Austin, she has been the foundation of enduring client relationships and innovative strategies, having launched brands in almost every therapeutic category. As a mentor to colleagues and clients alike, she is committed to bringing out the best in brands and people.

Nancy has been selected as an Austin Woman to Watch, a PharmaVoice top 100 leader, and frequent contributor to the industry trades. She serves as a Board member of the Half Helen Foundation and a member of the HBA and OWL.

Chief Commercial Officer

As the Chief Commercial Officer Francesco is responsible for all elements of strategic and creative work producton, internal team management, and external client development and satisfaction.

During his more than 20 years in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, Francesco has overseen product launches and developed results-driven strategy in a wide variety of leadership roles.

He excels at uncovering and responding to customer insights from all perspectives and leveraging key market and stakeholder input to drive strategic direction.

Francesco serves on the Board of Directors for Theravant Corporation and is the founder of The Climb To Beat Breast Cancer.

Kathie has more than 20 years’ experience in the finance industry, focusing on creative services organizations, and overseeing all financial and operational departments. Kathie is adept at working with customers to structure contracts with Fortune 500 companies and mid-sized organizations.

As Executive Creative Director, Amy oversees the team that is responsible for bringing brands to life. Her career started nearly 30 years ago at The One Club in New York, a prestigious nonprofit organization that recognizes excellence in advertising around the globe. Since then, she has been student, judge, and winner at many of the industry’s most acclaimed award shows, including the Cannes Pharma Lions.

She brings her creative perspective, passion, and craftsmanship to work every day in service of the agency’s brands and the lives they benefit. Her storytelling experience runs the gamut with expertise across a wide range of therapeutic categories, more than a dozen launches, global brand development, and digital-first, multichannel solutions.

Kelsi Brown is our kick-ass, kind-hearted, Harry Potter–loving Director of People and Culture. She has always believed when you have happy, engaged employees who love what they do, that’s where the magic of stellar work happens—which leads to amazing business results. Having spent most of her career in the ad business, Kelsi has learned to adapt to an ever-evolving, fast-paced environment, a skill that often comes in handy while wrangling her toddler.

SVP, Multichannel Strategy

Mark is passionate about technology’s potential to radically improve the ways that consumers and healthcare professionals deal with health and wellness. He has provided digital leadership and tactical implementation for some of the industry’s biggest and most complex brands, including Xtandi, Imbruvica, Prevnar 13, Remicade, and Simponi. His focus is on creative excellence and outstanding user experience to address business goals using: websites, mobile, apps, paid media, social media, and emerging technologies. Prior to agency life, Mark held senior roles at both Novartis Pharmaceuticals and Merck-Medco where he also combined marketing and technology in creative ways.

Brian brings over 20 years of both client-side and agency experience to HCB Health. While working in healthcare advertising, his passion has always revolved around growth.  Be it growth for his clients, both current and new, he strives to continually provide value and be that catalyst that connects clients to the vast network of agency resources.  Brian believes enduring relationships matter and he has helped both large pharma, as well as emerging biotechs, operationalize their current agency relationship or expand an existing engagement. Prior to transitioning over to the agency side of the business, Brian held strategic marketing and sales management positions at PDL BioPharma, The Medicines Company, and Schering-Plough.
