With the growth of Scott & White Health Plan came the growth of their website. After a few short years, it had become nearly impossible to manage.
Using an outdated content management system, and with few employees trained to use it, various SWHP employees began adding content as downloadable PDFs instead of actual web pages, making the site slow, cumbersome and disorganized. With healthcare reform looming, SWHP knew the content increase was only going to get worse, so they contacted HCB Health for a complete redesign and rebuild.
We built a modern website that was easily scalable for employees and easily accessible for consumers.
Google Analytics show that the site is very successful so far. The time visitors spend on the site is up 101% and organic search visits are up 42%.
