What we did: Increased awareness of breast cancer and the importance of getting (not-so-bad) mammograms
HCB Health believes in promoting wellness in our community. During Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we wanted to remind women of the importance of getting an annual mammogram.
Mammograms are often feared and dreaded, so we wanted to do something lighthearted that would make the process seem less daunting.
We created a provocative poster campaign with amusing images that remind women to get their mammograms in a fun and light-hearted way, making the exam seem less intimidating.
We launched the campaign socially just before the Susan G. Komen race, linking the images back to our donation page. We reached our donation goal, plus reached more than 4,000 people.
