HCB Health, with clients in the medical device, consumer healthcare and Pharma areas, is looking for a part-time receptionist. This is an hourly position, 20-25 hrs per week. No benefits are offered with this position.
Overview
We are looking for a welcoming, detail-oriented, self-starter. The right candidate will work with the controller and office manager.
Responsibilities
- Greet our clients and visitors, both in the office and on the phone, in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule/Setup meetings
- Assist all teams and departments as needed
- Assist the receptionist in other duties as needed, including, but not limited to, distribution of mail and maintaining office supplies, kitchen and equipment
Required Experience
- High school degree or equivalent
- Some office experience
- Proficient in Office 2007
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management/organizational skills, and be detail oriented

Job Description
HCB Health is a full-service healthcare advertising agency in Austin, TX. We are actively seeking a qualified Account Supervisor candidate for our Clinical/Professional Division, which services primarily medical device and pharmaceutical accounts. Medical or Surgical Device experience is required, as is a strong aptitude for critical strategic thinking.
This role requires day-to-day management of several key accounts, guidance and leadership of your account team, support of the Account Director in strategy development and program implementation, and participation in proposal development and new account pitches as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Five to eight years of experience in advertising, marketing, or medical device sales
- At least some advertising agency experience is necessary
- Medical device experience is critical
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in advertising or marketing, life sciences or liberal arts
Professional Expectations
- Experience in managing teams is important
- Experience with value-add program development is key, also
- International business experience is a plus
- Must be able to demonstrate well-developed presentation experience (includes speaking skills, PowerPoint and long-copy proposal format)
- Self-starter that can demonstrate resourcefulness, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in developing and communicating strategic thinking and ideas
- High level of personal accountability
