Job Description
HC&B Healthcare Marketing’s digital capability and pipeline is growing rapidly. The Associate Interactive Project Manager will partner with the Interactive Project Manager to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and always achieving client goals.
Our clients are healthcare-based and include pharma, medical device companies, and healthcare consumer groups. Experience in the space is a plus, but not 100% necessary. You will report to the Interactive Project Manager and work hand-in-hand with clients, interactive teammates, and account services teams.
Overview
We’re looking for a person who enjoys being the keeper of all data related to team projects, including scope, budget, timelines, staffing and resources. The right candidate will minimize risk through expert day-to-day communication with project teams, client contacts and outside contractors. Our selected candidate will see this as an opportunity to own some of their own projects and assist on larger more complex projects. The ideal candidate will possess a rare mix of vigilant attention to detail, passion for efficiency and execution, and a calming, steady nature.
Primary Responsibilities
- Define and manage deliverables for interactive projects including digital media (emails, banners, and landing pages), web sites (product launch sites, healthcare practice sites, etc), and social media outreach projects
- Create and execute project work plans/timelines and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects and flag scope issues
- Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client
- Effectively apply our methodology and enforce project standards

Required Experience
- Minimum one year managing interactive projects: websites, online promotions, social media campaigns, etc. Two to three years preferred.
- The ability to handle multiple projects, priorities and team workflow in a fast-paced, deadline driven and customer-service focused environment using superior organization and time management skills
- Basic knowledge in the areas of application programming, database and system design
- General understanding of information architecture and web usability as it relates to project outcomes

Our Interactive business is growing and we’re looking to staff up with an Interactive Graphic Designer (IGD). HC&B clients are healthcare-based and include consumer groups, pharma, and medical device companies. Experience in the space is a plus, but not 100% necessary. You will report to the Interactive Director and work hand-in-hand with a senior-level Interactive Art Director, other interactive teammates and folks from account services and the traditional print/broadcast creative team.

We have recently won several new device and pharma accounts (which is good) but our writers are overworked (which is bad). To keep them happy, we are searching for a writer to lend us their talent. Clients would include pharma and medical devices, almost exclusively direct to physician marketing. Writing for the web also a plus. You will be reporting to a Senior Copywriter.
