Job Description
Fast growing, full service healthcare ad agency needs to add to our team in the Account Service Department. We are currently looking for an Account Supervisor with heavy consumer experience. This person will be responsible for leading internal agency teams in the development and implementation of strategic integrated marketing plans and strategies for two – three large accounts. Ideal candidates will thrive on mastering the business models of multiple clients and be motivated by the potential of continued diversification. This role reports to an Account Director.
Core Duties/Responsibilities
- Acts as an account leader for large strategic accounts by building strong/lasting relationships with clients
- Responsible for profitability of multiple additional accounts managed through direct reports
- Understands the client’s product/service, business culture, competition and targets
- Understands the components of integrated marketing strategies and applies them in making decisions
- Recognizes client needs and generates innovative, creative, ideas and solutions
- Initiates and leads internal teams in the development of strategic integrated marketing plans and strategies for assigned clients
- Identifies, researches, and presents additional business opportunities within assigned clients to executive level contacts

Job Requirements
- Requires BS in Advertising, Marketing or related field
- Five to 10 years advertising agency experience, or equivalent client-side marketing experience, ideally in a B2C environment
- Must have excellent strategic and analytical marketing skills
- Must be a recognized leader in within an extended team, with proven ability to manage and mentor junior team members
- Must be a confident self-started with a positive attitude, a team player, an innovative problem solver and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Needs to be attentive to detail, resourceful, work well under pressure and have strong communication skills

Job Description
We have recently won several new device and pharma accounts (which is good) but our writers are overworked (which is bad). To keep them happy, we are searching for a writer to lend us their talent. Clients would include pharma and medical devices, almost exclusively direct to physician marketing. Writing for the web also a plus. You will be reporting to a Senior Copywriter.

Responsibilities
- Concept and write selling materials for healthcare professionals. This can include brochures, objection handling, product guides, web pages and general advertising.
